RETURNS AND ORDERING POLICY


This info is also on all invoices in your boxes.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

Large cages shipping by trucking companies can take up to 10 days or more.

Once a product is shipped we have no control of delivery dates or times. 

Note: All FREE shipping items are shipped regular ground or cheapest route. Shipping can be upgraded, call,e-mail for quote. 

NOTE** We do not backorder products. If you order more than one product and a product is out of stock,you will not be charged for that item and shipping will be adjusted accordingly. 
If you want the entire order or nothing We must be notified,e-mail,phone,fax,etc. 

Orders will show pending until all orders are approved and ready for packing. Once orders are approved ,you will receive an invoice showing any changes if any.
All free ship items will have all shipping removed before any charges are made. 

To cancel any order before shipment you must e-mail, call or fax to cancel any order. Calling is best.

Due to electronic errors it is always better to call to cancel. Also other contact numbers 704-735-8601 


TERMS: All instock products are normally shipped within 24-48 hours or sooner,any cancellations must be done within 24 hours or sooner due to orders being shipped within hours of order being placed.
When products arrive check all cartons.If cartons are damaged in transit notify carrier(ups,mail) of damage and file damage report.



KEEP ALL CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIAL, MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK BEFORE THROWING ANYTHING OUT.

NO Company in any industry accepts products back without being in original cartons.

Returns are accepted only on defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery FOR REPLACEMENT.NO REFUNDS
Keep all original cartons and packing.
These returns will be replaced at no cost to customer.
We must be notified within 7 days of delivery for instructions for pickup at no cost to customer. 

Any product can be returned postage paid within 7 days unused,in original packing for refund minus ALL freight charges. 

It is the responsibility of the customer for packing and shipping back, 
The products must arrive in resaleable condition in the same carton as shipped, NO EXCEPTIONS and damage free.

NO returns for anything that has been exposed to birds in any fashion, Would you want any item from us if you thought another bird had used it or been exposed to it.

If its a FREE ship item you will be charged freight both ways. 
We cannot free ship items just for you to look at for free.
FREE SHIPPING is FREE if the product is accepted and kept.

example: if the cage cost us $100 to ship to you and $100 back, the customer will be charged $200.

15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS OTHER THAN DAMAGED PRODUCTS
WHICH WILL BE REPLACED at no cost to customer.
Damaged products are replaced, NO RFUNDS

***NOTE** on truck delivery items such as large cages shipping can be $150-250 or more each way depending on locations, also shipping to you may be different price than shipping back to us, as many area trucking companies may calculate your shipping different and due to the amount of shipping we do, we also get cheaper rates when we ship from here.


We must be notiifed before returns.
No returns are accepted without prior notification. 

***Note some items are NO RETURNABLE such as custom breeder nest boxes, please make sure you know what you are buying before ordering


If we made a mistake on your order we will take care of it. Our customers are important to us. We will always try to satisfy you as best we can.
