FREE SHIPPING is ground shipping with tailgate handoff delivery.
The cage comes strapped and shrinked wrapped to a pallet. and will be handed off to the customer from the back of the truck, If the customer request or sign for lift gates or any other special service you will be responsible.
Our FREE SHIP is tailgate curbside delivery only.
We will inform you with a PRO tracking number, someone (responsible adult) must be present at time of delivery to inspect for shipping damages and to take receipt at tailgate, The driver will break the strapping and shrink wrap and hand off the boxes. do not sign that all is ok if it is NOT. It is customers responsibility to inspect their shipments before signing. Large and heavy boxes,This cage will require 2 adults for unloading. You may need hand trucks to help you. The trucking company does not take into homes or second or third floors.The trucking company will inform you of when they will deliver. We instruct them to contact you before delivery. When items leave warehouse tracking information will forward to you asap.
